Welcome back and here are the details you need

We are very excited to share details of our upcoming Company Training Week.  This will be the first time we have had a face-to-face, whole-company conference following the COVID-19 pandemic. Everyone at TCES is expected to participate in the first two days. Some sessions are not relevant for some Central Services staff who should take the opportunity to break away and cover other topics or catch up with colleagues.  Please review the agenda below.

Training Week is split into two parts:

  • Two Company Days (Tuesday 30 August & Wednesday 31 August), where we convene as one staff team at Mary Ward House in Holborn, central London to reset, inform and engage on key messages and topics for the year ahead. The two days will focus on ‘The TCES Way’ and how we set ourselves up for success, including sessions on initiatives and changes affecting all staff across the coming year.
  • Two Specialist Training Days (Thursday 1 September & Friday 2 September), held in your usual school/service to ensure all staff enter the new term having completed Safety Intervention Training.

Travelling to the venue:

Everyone is encouraged to travel by public transport to the venue, and a number of tube stations and bus stops are within a short walking distance.
