‘Yeah, they don’t give up….You could tell them a thousand times to basically go away, and they will still stand there. It doesn’t matter what you say or do. I don’t know how they put up with it..I mean, to be able to still stand there and be like, “No, I’m not giving up on you pupils.” You’ve got to genuinely care … to take that sort of thing every single day of the week.. You’ve got to be passionate and you need to care to be able to do that 100%.’

It’s really good that parents can join assemblies to celebrate their child. The change in my daughter has been great because she can see I am interested.

We encourage our pupils, parents/carers, staff and local authority customers to comment on any aspect of our schools or services. For example, you may wish to make an observation on an aspect of school life, or a suggestion on a matter of school policy. If you have a complaint, please fill out the details on this form and email or post it back to us. Staff members who have a concern or complaint in relation to their contract of employment or employee relationship must follow the TCES Group grievance procedure. All other staff complaints should follow this complaints procedure.
We will respond within five working days in writing whether the complaint is resolved in full or not. In the event that the complaint is more complex and additional time is needed we will let you know why more time is needed and provide you with a new deadline verbally and in writing. Our intention is to ensure we find a final, satisfactory resolution and the whole investigation should not take longer than ten working days.
Our final response will again be given orally and in writing.
In the autumn term 2021/22, there were no formal complaints received.
