Careers

Thank you for taking an interest in working for us!

Due to our ambitious growth plans we currently have a number of exciting new opportunities and you will join TCES at an exciting time of change and innovation.

Having celebrated the organisation’s 20th anniversary with a prestigious event at the House of Commons and the launch of our research report A Journey of Change: From Social Isolation to Inclusion with Goldsmiths, University of London in late 2019, 2020 has already seen further changes including a full organisational rebrand and soon, a completely new website.

In our schools, we are completely reshaping how therapy is included within our bespoke educational packages via our ‘Great Minds Therapy’ initiative and will be launching a new ‘Nurture’ service in 2021.

Other concurrent programmes you will be involved with at TCES include our unique Alumni Mentorship and LIFE Programmes, which seek and create Young Leaders out of our pupils and bring them straight into full-time employment, training schemes or further education. Each of our schools also follow their own opted specialism, including Creative Arts and PE, Fitness and Wellbeing.
