why join us?

With our exceptional neurodiverse pupils at the centre of everything that we do at TCES, we encourage professionals with a ‘never give up’ value, from all backgrounds, to become part of our team. Whether you can support a pupil to self-regulate, provide teaching & learning for their favourite subject, lead and motivate a staff team, provide therapeutic interventions, or be a supporting presence within our centralised services, we would love to hear from you. No matter your role, you will have a big part to play in the success of our pupils.

In our schools and services, we have completely reshaped how therapy is included within education. We provide sector-leading therapeutic education and pupil leadership curriculum, working and supporting pupils and their families / care network to engage with the education process.

Other concurrent programmes you will be involved with at TCES include our unique Alumni Mentorship and LIFE Programmes, which seek and create Young Leaders out of our pupils and bring them into full-time employment, training or further education. Each of our schools and services also follow their own opted specialism, including Creative Arts and PE, Fitness and Wellbeing.

Our TCES National Online School (the first Department for Education accredited online special school in the country) brings exciting opportunities for educators to work remotely anywhere in the UK!

At TCES you will be provided with a comprehensive induction process, high quality CPD opportunities and an individual Learning & Development plan to support your career development.

For pupil-facing roles, we additionally offer education qualifications at all levels (HLTA status, QTS, QTLS, NPQs) and options to take progressive Ofqual registered Level 3 – 5 qualifications in Therapeutic Education and Group Process.
