the launch of our young creative entrepreneurship program

We’re proud to announce the launch of the Young Creative Entrepreneurship Program, an initiative led by Nuno Reis Moreira, our Cross-Company Arts Lead, designed to inspire and support young entrepreneurs at TCES.
This program is part of a groundbreaking journey to establish the TCES as a Neurodiverse School for the Creative Arts, Creative Media & Leadership, a space where learning differences are celebrated as creative strengths.
This is a bold, game-changing initiative which started with one of our incredible young entrepreneurs at North West London School presenting his business plan to Thomas Keaney, our Founder & CEO, to work together to make this a reality. But this isn’t just a program, it’s a movement and a commitment to empower young people to recognise the value of their creative work, believe in their unique potential, and design fulfilling, sustainable futures.
At its core lies a transformational shift: reframing traits once perceived as “deficits” into creative superpowers.
And we didn’t just talk about transformation, we built it into the DNA of the program itself. Every step was co-created through a truly democratic process: CEO, Arts Lead, and student at North West London School working side by side.
This model doesn’t just dismantle hierarchies, it builds confidence, ownership, and creative excellence. It’s the kind of leadership we want to see in the world and the kind we’re actively modelling for the next generation of young creatives and entrepreneurs.
We can't wait to see more of our students' creative ideas, stayed tuned for more updates!
