TCES Group Heads to the World Inclusion Congress 2025 in Kazakhstan

The TCES Group, led by CEO Thomas Keaney, is proud to announce its participation in the World Inclusion Congress 2025, taking place this week in Almaty, Kazakhstan. This global event brings together educators, policymakers, and thought leaders committed to advancing inclusive education, accessibility, and wellbeing for learners worldwide.

For over 25 years, TCES (The Complete Education Solution) has championed the principle of no exclusions, developing seven schools and associated services designed to ensure that every learner feels seen, supported, and empowered. At this year’s congress, the TCES Group will highlight how these principles are being reimagined in the National Online School, embedding inclusion, emotional wellbeing, and belonging into digital learning environments.

Thomas Keaney, CEO of TCES, will participate in multiple panels and deliver a keynote on Health and Education in a Digital World, sharing insights into how technology can be used to improve attendance, engagement, and learner wellbeing. Additionally, he will discuss the creation of therapeutic and emotionally open educational communities, drawing on decades of experience in inclusive education.

“The World Inclusion Congress is an unparalleled opportunity to connect with global leaders and share our vision for schools where every child belongs,” said Thomas Keaney. “We are excited to exchange ideas, learn from international best practices, and demonstrate how inclusion and innovation can go hand-in-hand to transform learning.”

Visitors to the congress can meet the TCES team at their stand on the Green in front of the Swissôtel Almaty, alongside IFIP. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore TCES’s programs, discuss international collaboration, and learn more about how the group is shaping the future of inclusive education.

Stay tuned for updates from the congress, including keynote highlights, panel discussions, and insights from Thomas Keaney and the TCES team.
