North west London school student shortlisted in national competition

We’re delighted to share some fantastic news: one of our talented Sixth Form students at TCES North West London School has had his photography shortlisted in a national competition!
The competition marks the 25th anniversary of the Eden Project’s National Wildflower Centre, celebrating creativity and the natural world through the lens of young photographers. Out of many entries, our student's work stood out and is now in a brilliant position to take first place.
You can find out more about the competition here.
This is an inspiring achievement that not only showcases the creativity and technical skills of our pupil, but also highlights the strength of our arts programme in nurturing emerging talent.
“We are so proud of him and the warmth and creativity shine through in his photography. After returning with over 20 beautiful images of different flowers, one stood out so strongly it has now been shortlisted in a national competition. This achievement is a wonderful recognition of his talent and dedication.” - Max Rushton, Arts Teacher at North West London School (shortlisted for Best Teacher Of The Year at the NASEN awards 2025).
