Level 3 Award
The Level 3 Award in Therapeutic Education aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of child development, neurodevelopment, and the principles of teaching and learning in therapeutic settings. The course covers reflective practice, group processes, developmental and relational trauma, mental health, resilience, relational work, positive communication, and pupil leadership development as an intervention.
Who is it for?
The level 3 Award is designed for people who want an introduction to work in a therapeutic setting, in particular the ways in which therapeutic education and group process can support students.
Requirements:
- English at a written and spoken level equivalent to IELTS 6.
Total qualification time: 52 hours
Guided Learning Hours: 33 hours
