Grab your water bottles, a workout buddy and let’s get moving!

  • 1A – High knees
  • 1B- Squat touch – alternatives
  • 45 seconds on -> 15 seconds off -> 30 seconds on -> 30 seconds off
  • 2A – Top plank/reach
  • 2B – Scissor Kicks
  • 45 seconds on -> 15 seconds off -> 30 seconds on -> 30 seconds off
  • 3A – 5 skips/1 tuck jump
  • 3B – Knee drives – 4 per side .
  • 45 seconds on -> 15 seconds off -> 30 seconds on -> 30 seconds off .
  • Final round – Repeat all exercises back to back – 30 seconds per exercise!

  • I say hold for 5 breaths.. However, reduce or increase how many breaths working with your body.
  • Listen to your body don’t do any pose that feels uncomfortable to you.
