Drama therapy is one of the four Creative Arts Therapies (Drama, Art, Music & Play) and is a form of psychological therapy. It offers an opportunity to explore emotions and experiences in a safe and confidential environment allowing greater personal expression and freedom.

Equal validity is given to body and mind allowing pupils to explore painful or difficult feelings or life experiences in an indirect way. The goal of drama therapy is to work creatively with clients in order to affect personal, emotional, psychological or social change.
