Once a pupil has started at TCES Group we often notice behaviours or difficulties in accessing the curriculum that indicate the need for additional assessment. TCES Group employ a number of consultants who provide these assessments which can include cognitive assessment, assessment for specific learning difficulties such as dyspraxia or dyslexia and assessments for neuro-developmental disorders such as ADD/ADHD or an Autistic Spectrum Condition. We also provide more specialist psychiatric, forensic psychotherapy or paediatric neurodevelopmental assessments.

Our consultants have significant experience in working with pupils who have SEMH or ASC needs. Once an assessment is completed the findings are used to adapt the pupils IEP and Behaviour Plan and can be used to support an amendment to the pupils Statement of Special Educational Needs and Education, Health and Care Plan.
